1. Inform your F&M Bank representative of your company's interest in the Employee Rewards program.
2. Your F&M Bank Representative can assist, if necessary, in making arrangements for setting up an electronic payroll system using the Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) system for direct deposit. A "Client Service Agreement" will be signed detailing our mutual expectations.
3. Inform your employees about this comprehensive banking benefits package available to them. We can also assist by providing on-site presentations to employees and payroll inserts.
